The latest FAIRshare newsletter is out!
IfA are leading Work Package 4 of the project which involves investigating the adoption of Digital Agriculture Tools & Services (DATS) by advisors in farming contexts across the EU.
One of the objectives of the FAIRshare project is to develop a digital platform to collect and distribute information on Digital Advisory Tools and Services (DATS) used by advisors with a view to creating a portal/inventory for the acquisition, exchange and dissemination of DATS across the EU.
DATS include data generating applications, web and phone apps, mappings, specific social media platforms, training tools up and downstream services both direct and indirectly involving the farmer and the advisor community.
Accompanying the tools in the online inventory will be information, for example 'best practices’, on how the tools may be used/adapted for use.
The FAIRshare DATS platform will soon be open to external stakeholders so stay tuned with IfA and FAIRshare social media channels.
